Jennifer Woodward is an actress, writer,  voice artist and the host of 'Without You.' 

She worked in the New York theatre scene for over a decade before relocating to London, where she expanded her acting repertoire to include voice. 

Jennifer also writes. Her book 'Ninety Days Without You,' fictionally addresses the topics of sex and love addiction. Jennifer wanted to address those issues in real life, so gathered Adrianna and Sophie to chat in 'Without You' about sex, love and addiction. 

She lives in London, south of the river, with her husband and young son.

Adrianna is an enthusiastic and dedicated psychotherapist who enjoys working with a wide variety of individuals. In 1998, after over twenty years in music, film management & production, she changed careers. She now has expertise in dealing with all the various substance and process addictions and relationship problems, using both an integrative and 12 step approach that is psychodynamic in origin, in short-term, solution based as well as longer term psychotherapy. Her consultancy work has encompassed TV documentaries, Radio programmes & high profile events, working with both contributors and production staff around addictions & related topics. She has also worked in forensic psychodynamic therapy with serious offenders. Experienced in working as part of a psychosocial team, she possesses excellent communication and listening skills with a positive outlook & a strong sense of humour.
